Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Associated Periodic Syndrome (TRAPS)

TRAPS is a genetic disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of fever, abdominal pain, and skin rashes. These episodes can last from a few days to a few weeks.

Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS)

CAPS is a group of autoinflammatory syndromes that include distinct diseases with different severi-ty: Familial Cold Autoinflammatory Syndrome (FCAS), Muckle-Wells Syndrome (MWS), and Neonatal-Onset Multisystem Inflammatory Disease (NOMID). Common symptoms include recurrent episodes of fever, skin rash, and joint pain.

Mevalonate Kinase Deficiency (MKD) / Hyper IgD Syndrome (HIDS) /
